On November 18, Lygend Resources, along with representatives from the Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch and nine potential participating banks, held a syndicated loan conference for the ONC project in Indonesia.
At the conference, Cai Jianyong, Chairman of Lygend Resources gave a detailed introduction of the Company's recent development, listing process, and project progress in Indonesia. He also shared some experiences and thoughts from attending the B20 Summit with everyone.
Yu Wanke, Member of the CPC Committee and Vice President of Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch, stated that Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch would follow the principles of collaboration, sharing, co-creation, and win-win, collaborate with all potential participating banks, complement each other's advantages, and fully promote the successful implementation of the Indonesia ONC Project by Lygend Resources, providing strong financial support for the international, specialized, and leapfrog development of Lygend Resources.
Each potential participating bank made statements and reached a consensus. The successful convening of this syndicate conference signifies the recognition of the achievements made by financial institutions in Lygend Resources and their confidence in the future development of Lygend.
The banks participating in this conference also include BOC, ICBC, CITIC Bank, SPD Bank, IBC, CMB, CGB, CEB and Bank of Beijing.
