With the joint witness of everyone, the dry coal shed air dome slowly started, successfully marking the official start of the production season of OBI Island RKEF Power Generation Project.

The world's No. 1 due to technological innovation.

 

At the beginning of March, the air dome began to spread, unfortunately the most worrying rainy season unexpectedly arrived, but it also inspired everyone's courage to move forward bravely. In order to minimize the impact of rainfall on air dome construction, on-site personnel and the air dome construction contractor worked together to find ways to adjust the plan and process, striving to overcome technical difficulties. The design of a one-time construction plan of laying 3-4 packets of domes and then connecting them was adjusted to lay one packet of domes and then connect one packet of domes. The laying and connection were completed on the same day, solving the problem of water accumulation on domes and the difficulty of dragging them, creating a precedent for the company's project construction.

 

Secondly, the on-site process continuously adjusted and innovated, adopting a pioneering method of mechanical dome laying with manual assistance. They also coordinated multiple drainage equipment such as water pumps and hoses, built temporary drainage pipelines and other facilities, and took multiple measures to solve the problem of rainwater immersion, effectively ensuring the smooth implementation of the construction period.

 

Tirelessly create high-quality products due to dreams.

 

To cope with the tight deadlines and heavy tasks, the park management provided the greatest support and assistance. Zhang Baodong, General Manager of OBI Park Management Company, appeared on the site for multiple times to guide work and provided maximum support for vehicle allocation, materials, etc. Wang Biao, Deputy General Manager of OBI Park and General Manager of OBI Power Plant, organized multiple coordination meetings, led the team to sort out processes, overcome technical difficulties, and provided helps on the project site. Jia Wanfang, a deputy department head, made every effort to coordinate the limited human and material resources on the island to ensure that the project was progressing on schedule. The specialized worker Du Peide and the technician Wen Zhanlu worked with the construction team all day long. Whenever there was a shortage of manpower, they took the initiative to appear. They interpret the responsibility and accountability of the power plant personnel with persistence and perseverance. Their selfless struggle day after day has brought about the rapid changes in OBI Island. With their wisdom and perseverance, they have submitted satisfactory answers to the company.

 

Pushing forward the construction with overall planning and coordination.

 

In the construction process of the project, Mr. Wang Biao requested to plan and implement the preliminary installation of the bucket wheel machine in advance in the dome installation process. After studying the cable dome construction method, bucket wheel installation sequence, site conditions, protection conditions, crane route and station and other comprehensive factors, the on-site staff decided to enter the site first for the bucket wheel equipment and start the installation of structural parts such as the forearm frame, door seat frame, and tail car in advance. Before the dome is started, the overall installation of the bucket wheel machine is completed by 20%, which means it saves 20% of the construction period for the bucket wheel machine installation.


The retaining wall structure was completed on May 25 and officially powered on June 1, and the dome was started on June 2. With the smooth completion of various node tasks, the construction of the dry coal shed was also successfully completed.

 

From a distance, a beautiful scenery line is floating in front of people. The poetic and picturesque factories have erected one after another thanks to too much effort and sweat from the builders. With their perseverance day and night, they have realized today's achievements.
