Recently, Lygend Resources & Technology Co., Ltd. AEO stands for Authorized Economic Operator. It is a set of standards developed by the World Customs Organization to secure and facilitate the growing international commerce and international trade.
An enterprise with AEO advanced certification represents that its credit management reaches the highest level as rated by China Customs, with the characteristics of high value, strict review standard and great difficulty in passing, which is an important link in China national credit construction strategy. As of August 2023, the number of AEO enterprises in Ningbo City accounts for less than 1% of the import and export enterprises in Ningbo City.
If an enterprise obtains the AEO advanced certification certificate issued by China Customs, it can not only enjoy the facilitation policies of China Customs, but also enjoy mutually beneficial customs clearance treatment in 26 economies and 52 countries (regions) (including European Union and Singapore) with which China has signed AEO mutual recognition agreements, including simplified customs clearance procedures, reduced inspection rates, and enjoying the policy of exemption from tax guarantee.
Currently, Ningbo City has pioneered China's first cross-department joint incentive for AEO enterprises, so that the convenience and benefit scope of AEO enterprises is no longer limited to a single field of customs, but it is expanded to the "one-stop" services involving maritime affairs, border inspection, human resources and social security, market supervision, taxation, enterprise operation and customs clearance logistics, with a total of 35 new facilitation measures.
