The Hangzhou Division Finals of the 8th Enterprise Learning Design Competition sponsored by the Chinese Society for Talent Development (CSTD) was held in Hangzhou on November 29. After selection through competition at different levels, Lygend Resources & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lygend") stood out from more than 380 enterprises, entered the finals with the Lygend "Talent Development Initiative" Management Trainee Cultivation Program, and won the Silver Award.
Since its launch in 2016, the CSTD Enterprise Learning Design Competition has attracted more than 2200 entries from more than 900 enterprises across China. Upholding the philosophy of "promoting development and enabling business with talents", it selects the most valuable enterprise learning programs in China, being praised as one of the "most influential competition events" in the enterprise training industry.
On the venue of the finals of the 8th Enterprise Learning Design Competition in 2023, 12 expert judges and more than 400 public judges comprehensively scored the programs. The whole process was open, transparent, objective and impartial. The on-site roadshow of the Lygend Project Team demonstrated Lygend "Talent Development Initiative" Management Trainee Cultivation Program, highlighting the training effectiveness from three dimensions: scheme design, program operation, and program operation characteristics, providing the judges and industry insiders with innovative ideas and reference experiences for the cultivation of overseas management trainees at the roadshow venue.
The "Talent Development Initiative" is an important link in Lygend's strategic talent development, aiming to cultivate strategic competent professionals that uphold Lygend's cultural values, have professional expertise, and can overcome the challenges ahead. Lygend will conduct systematic training for enabling the management trainees' rapid growth; it will deploy resources in favor of the management trainees and pay special attention to them, so that they can develop their competencies and grow rapidly, providing a talent base for Lygend's strategic goals.
