On January 12, 2024, the 15th anniversary celebration of Lygend Resources was held grandly at the Ningbo International Conference Center located beside the Dongqian Lake and surrounded by mountains. Over 700 people were present to witness this grand gathering together, including representatives of domestic and overseas partners, guests from all sectors of society, and Lygend colleagues. The Lygend people who stuck to their posts and far beyond the sea also witnessed and participated in this historic moment by means of live streaming.
Over the past 15 years, we have been working diligently for excellence, and always kept pace with the times and been aligned with China's development path step by step. Behind all the glories is our commitment to excellence and leadership in achieving our goals. On our journey of industry innovation, we have realized fast business development and shown the best business performance across borders.
To express our gratitude, Jiang Xinfang, President of Lygend Resources, delivered the opening speech for the celebration: "Warmly welcome all guests and Lygend people present. This warm winter witnesses a rich harvest and our determination to forge ahead. Cai Jianyong, Chairman of Lygend Resources, reviewed our original aspirations, and shared our development process full of hard work and continual improvement in the past 15 years with deep feelings. From starting international trade to establishing ourselves in the industry and participating in overseas competition, we have always adhered to the concept of “pursuing excellence and working diligently”, and gathered talents and all forces with the attitude of “openness, sharing, responsibility and innovation” to create our legend together.

In his speech, he expressed heartfelt gratitude to leaders at all levels and people from all sectors who had always supported our growth, and paid homage to domestic and overseas partners who had fully supported our healthy development. Finally, he expressed sincere gratitude to our colleagues who had tided over hard times and always been with us all the way.
In face of the new journey, Chairman Cai Jianyong made a sincere expression, "The vigorous development of the nickel industry is the earnest expectation of all upstream and downstream partners. As an ambitious participant in the nickel industry, we will certainly stick to our original aspirations. Backed by the strength of China, we must set an example in safety, environment, green development, etc., make efforts in social responsibility, modern corporate governance and other aspects, and make good narratives on the development of Chinese enterprises and China.”
The greatest thing is to pursue ideals together with a group of like-minded people, who have common experiences, make firm steps and strive for a clear shared vision. In order to thank our partners for their support and great care for us, the “Best Partner Award” was presented at the celebration as a commemoration of our past concerted collaboration and in anticipation of more prosperous industry ecology.

We have always been on the same boat despite of difficulties. In addition, at the celebration, the Outstanding Contribution Award was presented to the partners that had witnessed our growth, and built the new industry city and drawn the blueprint of industry ecology together with us in the past 15 years.
Time has recorded every moment of our development, including working hard in the startup stage, pioneering new fields boldly, being united as one, and striving for excellence.
Our growth has been impossible without what every member of our Lygend family has done. It is the unremitting efforts of the Lygend people that have enabled Lygend to go forward in the times. At the celebration, the advanced individuals and collectives in 2023 were commended, but some of them were still working at the forefront, especially those on the Obira Island, so their prizes were received by colleagues on their behalf, which reflected our values. We encourage creating and sharing value, and are grateful to every hardworking colleague.
After 15 years of development, our original aspirations have been realized to a great extent. In 2009, 13 entrepreneurs embarked on a wonderful journey of exploring nickel industry ecology with dreams in their minds. They have remained enthusiastic and adhered to their original aspirations. It is they who have made our glorious history of entrepreneurship. At the celebration, commemorative 24K gold coins for the 15th anniversary were presented to them to mark this glory!
At the beginning of the banquet, Mr. Cai Jianyong from Lygend Resources, Mr. Gunawan Lim from PT HARITA JAYARAYA, Mr. Martin Zamora from Nickel Asia Corporation, Mr. Liu Cheng from China ENFI, and Ms. Yan Xiuwen from the Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch left their handprints on the starting light pillar. In brilliant laser engraving, the big ship symbolizing Lygend sailed out of the Port of Ningbo slowly, connected the Obira Island and extended to all parts of the world. Lygend is destined to light up the world.
In the evening, the banquet opened in flowing light and shadows. All guests and colleagues made a toast of celebration together, shared delicious dishes, and discussed our new journey.
Varied performances added brilliance to the celebration. Our colleagues showed their performing arts unreservedly in such forms as chorus, dancing, musical instrument playing and magic to express their birthday blessings for Lygend Resources.
The rich repertoire and the lucky draw brought the on-site atmosphere to a climax! The lucky draw for the celebration was open to all domestic and overseas colleagues, and the guests present, so that every Lygend partner could share the "one-million-yuan prize pool", "one thousand prizes", and other generous gifts. At the end of the celebration, the chairman and the partners sang together on the stage to review our uncommon past and express our future ambitions.
Our pursuit for success will never be deterred by distance and long time. Building on our brilliant past success, we have begun to strive for future success. We are ready to embark on a journey hand in hand towards the next 15 years and a sustainable future!
