On the morning of September 1, the launch ceremony of Ningbo Publicity Month of the 2022 "China Charity Day" and Ningbo Charity Information Conference, which was jointly organized by Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs and Ningbo Charity Federation, was held at the Ningbo Daily Group Integrated Media Studio. At the ceremony, on behalf of the Company, Cai Jianyong, Chairman of Lygend Resources & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Lygend"), donated RMB 20 million to Ningbo Charity Federation for the establishment of Ciji Siming Medical Development Charity Trust, which would be mainly used to promote the development of primary-level medicine and medical services in Ningbo.
