On September 29, Lygend Resources & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Lygend") and the Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch held the ceremony for signing the comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement. The following persons attended and witnessed the signing ceremony: Lygend Chairman Cai Jianyong; Lygend Vice President Fei Feng; Lygend Vice President Cai Jianwei; general managers of the Company's functional departments and related subsidiaries; Yan Xiuwen, Party Secretary and Governor of the Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch; Sun Guofeng, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice Governor of the Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch; Yu Wanke, Vice Governor of the Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch; and the leaders of the Business Department, Investment Banking Department, International Finance Department, Credit Management Department, Online Finance Department, Personal Finance Department, and High-tech Zone Sub-branch of the Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch. On behalf of the two sides, respectively, Fei Feng, Vice President of Lygend, and Yu Wanke, Vice Governor of the Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch, signed the comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement.
Lygend Chairman Cai Jianyong delivered a speech and introduced Lygend's related situation. Lygend Chairman Cai Jianyong thanked the Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch for its long-term support and assistance to Lygend, and highly praised the results of the cooperation between the two sides in the field of financing business. He said that Lygend and the Agricultural Bank of China have maintained a close bank-enterprise cooperative relationship for a long time in major domestic and foreign projects, direct financing and other fields, and he hoped that the two sides would take the signing of the strategic agreement as an opportunity, further deepen cooperation, and boost the strategic take-off of Lygend.
Yan Xiuwen, Party Secretary and Governor of the Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch, delivered a speech and introduced the relevant situation of the Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch. Governor Yan congratulated Lygend on its outstanding achievements, and hoped that Lygend's strategic goals would be achieved as soon as possible. Governor Yan said that the Agricultural Bank of China and Lygend have laid a solid foundation for cooperation. Through the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement, next, the Agricultural Bank of China will give full play to its advantages in globalization and integration; provide strong financial support for Lygend's internationalization, specialization and leapfrog development; carry out comprehensive strategic cooperation with Lygend in group credit, domestic and foreign currency financing, fund management, payment and settlement, supply chain finance, and cross-border financial services, etc.; and jointly implement the cooperative consensus of "focusing on the new stage of development, applying the new development philosophy, and forging a new pattern of development", and continuously improve the political height, business depth, and cooperation breadth of bank-enterprise cooperation.
The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement will further deepen the business cooperative relationship between the two sides and promote mutually-beneficial and win-win outcomes and common development.
